Note that I've checked "Maintain original size" so the number of megabytes is the same.
If I hadn't, the program would have increased the number of pixels and the file would have ballooned to over 80 MEG.
The number of pixels would be increased by a process called bi-cubic interpolation. (See Wikipedia)
but extreme scale-changes generate artifacts and pixilation.
Waifu2x usually does a better job.
At the higher resolution, your picture's a little over 4" on a side.
Running it through Waifu2x twice would do the trick.
Give it a try. It costs you nothing. Then look at the result on your monitor as near to the printed-size as you can get.
Only you can decide if it's good enough.
