It would be best if you did two images for that setup. The dual screen threads here do generally refer to a 16:9 or 16:10 setup (3840x1080, 3840x1200 respectively). Perhaps a thread on odd wallpapers for your setup, not sure how that will work out. I know there was a thread for vertical wallpapers earlier, you can combine that with any 16:9 image for your second monitor.
