Applied surface blur to lessen the noise after resizing.

Go to Colors, then click Black. Cyan: -100%, Magenta: 0% Yellow: -100%, Black: -30%.
Go to Colors again, then click Whites. Cyan: +100%, Magenta: 0%, Yellow: 0%, Black: +15%.
Then go make a render of the panels. Won't probably work on every page because some patterns would look like shit. You probably would have to use the brush after.
