I use Rainmeter and Rocketdock. I've been constantly changing and updating my desktop for about 6 months now. This is how it was before. On the left, i have RocketDock. It's really easy to customize and icon packs are easily downloaded from various sites. Rainmeter is easy to work with a little reading and practice. I have been collecting rainmeter skins for a while too, so i couldnt even begin to tell you where i got them, but i'm sure you can find them all over the place. After you install rainmeter, just google "Rainmeter Skins" or "Anime rainmeter skins" Whatever you are in to.
