Also if anyone is interested on how I changed my background without activating windows, when you first install windows 10, don't be connected to wifi at all, and until you connect to wifi, the OS recognises it as activated. You can change your wallpaper (you will need a usb or another disk to import the image without wifi) and all the other personalisations, however once you connect you can't change it.
