How do I move an entire image into the background? I'm just making some edits using tuxpaint (mostly because i'm retarded and tuxpaint extremely shallow learning curve), but tuxpaint can't draw over anything in the foreground. Can any anon help me out?
I tried cutting the image, and then pasted it in a new document as a new layer (using GIMP) but tuxpaint still won't let me paint over it.
