>>1613574I think the entire outline should be something a bit lighter than black, maybe a dark grey. When it comes to that kind of thing I just use the eyedropper on the outline and use that colour.
Also, make sure you join lines. There are a few areas where the line ends before it meets the strand that would cut it off from view. This happened in the bottom left with one of the hairs that supply the silhouette - make sure to clear that up. In general, the outer hair should be uniform thickness, but you've got it tapering off in some areas and some consistency issues.
Also, if a hair is meant to taper off, make sure it does. Don't leave it as a thick point.
I'm sure you're planning to do this/have done this already but make sure to erase any lines which have been covered by another layer of hair.
Otherwise, it doesn't look too bad.
