On a Higurashi WIP: when exporting to .png I get top error message of

Opening dauls 'Headphone Girl' I get no errors; unfortunately the export suffers from the same issues as my attached image.
Opening ClockWorkLemons 'Pantsu Fox Girl' I get the first and fourth error message of
>>1427627 and the .png export is flawless.
Opening 'Poko Fox Girl' I get no issues and the .png export is also flawless.
Also re-exported some of my older projects. Some Worked out, others did not.
I see no relation between issues and errors; only correlation I see is resolution of the image. Should I reinstall?
