Something like this. Notice how the hair tips are all smooth (due to minimizing nodes), and they end with the tip thinning out and curving in a certain direction. Also, when transitioning between other hair pieces, such as at the bang at the top of the face, make sure you transition with single sharp nodes (with handles) instead of using smooth nodes. You also forgot to add a couple strands of hair over the ear.
The hair coloring is fairly random. There are numerous sources of fanart that switch between brown or gray coloring, so take your pick between the two.
Skin coloring was:
H: 35
S: 19
B: 100
Basically, if the coloring from the source is shitty, use other fanart, and start tweaking the coloring from there.
