I used your image as a test subject and am curious what others think of the result.
The program has flaws.
The result was much smaller. I ran it through Waifu2x.
It didn't recognize the space between her thighs as background. I did that myself. But it's an understandable mistake.
I, myself, am not sure if there's background inside the crook of her left arm.
