I went and ran the original through Waifu2x and clearly should have done so to begin with, even if the hair is a bit less detailed.
If you (or someone else) could use this one instead (make the linework thicker and more defined), that would be great- the color and shading is fine as it is.
(and add some of the detail back to the hair)
