The "notch" behind her left ear looked like the tail of a speech balloon.
Removed the dark line at the bottom of the image.
Corrected some outlines and filled in "no color" areas.
Tip: flood-filling sometimes misses areas near the edge of shapes because the pixels there partake a little bit of the line-color. You have to point over them with a brush set to "color". That leaves the darkness unchanged so you don't have to be super-accurate in avoiding the lines.
