As for what is KLWP, Its the new customization app on the block that is really powerful and has a lot of potential in it. It like a live wallpaper that mixes together your wallpaper image, widgets (custom uccw style) music controls (similar to media utilities) and also allows for animation settings that uccw and zooper don't and never allowed. As well as hotspots than can toggle a lot of neat features like a roll away icon list.
Its pretty cool, and you can make a lot of flashy stuff with it. I don't need that much flash with my rice so I've yet to really mess with it.
