It comes off like a mistake like the one marked in green
The one marked in purple looks like the line extending too far, if you wanted the sketch look, it should be in more than one place so I am just assuming mistake.
Some variation in the hair is fine but you should even that up, like the 3 different sizes by the hair and the thick twintail line beside it.
The lines around the bobbles seem too thin, they disappeared at a distance
Finally, I would make the sicks stick out from the leg so it looks like it is sitting on top of the skin, not part of it. The other way to do it is to make the socks the same but pucker the skin into it but I don't recommend it for kids, it looks ... slutty and perfect for teens/adults.
