>>1538405I'd say you've performed well. You even took advantage of the width of lines to bring focus to his face and less to his shirt. Color palette could use a bit more saturation. Some lines could use a bit of "rounding" but I wouldn't say it's an issue. Still worth checking out, it's pretty useful to know. I took the correction pen out and attached my correction for you. Red is for color bleed and orange for lines that could us a bit of fixing.
And I think your question was about those lines appearing too thin on the ends which i happened to circle: the best way would probably be to just mess around with them until you get a feel for it. Keep in mind that the origianl picture you traced from is just a reference, not always a perfect model, especialy when it's a screencap from anime. You'll probably come along stuff that is flat out not drawn correctly and you'll be better off doing it your way. The point is to make something that looks good, not an exact copy, at least that's my way to go about it.
