>>1751032I like your choice of light blue compared to my dark blue. The outline works surprisingly well I might do that instead of my shadows. Only thing I don't like is the way you did the eyes. I'm assuming all you did was make the layer below completely light blue which resulted in that outline and the whites of the eyes being coloured? Either way looks good to me.
Now I would just leave the request alone now that it has been done well but I wanted to attempt getting the blue from her clothes to show through and so I am sharing the result anyway.
