I guess a better way of putting it is that it was losing quality. I did try to find the best source image I could before I started, but I'm glad you found a better one. The settings I was using were noise level 3, TTA on, split size of 128, output depth of 16, and then my desired magnification which is usually around 2160p

To clarify, I'm looking for a way to fix the problem in pic related. I think the problem has been solved for this image, but I need to apply what programs and techniques were used to fix it in other images I have.
