I have some blue circles, but it can apply to all lines, they get thin and thick again. You really should avoid that.
I have a cut line and 2 red circles below it, I see what you are aiming for but since you cut it off before the curve, it looks like a mistake. If you cut on that line it would be fine since again, it is so close.
The green spot is the shadow color, the inside of her elbow matches the linework color, it looks off. It was probbly a quick thing on the original artist and should have been different. This is common.
The extra hair thing matches the highlights so it looks like a mistake. The color should really be changed or left as a highlight and moved into the other hair. I vote changing the color, I like that extra hair there.
