Redraw the mouth and nose as fills. You are also missing the lipstick and its highlights under her lips.
The pupils for the eyes look very weird. Redo them, and instead make a circle with a radial gradient with black on the edge, and a light blue in the center (Blur if necessary).
The eyelashes for her eyes need to be thicker. They are too thin, and don't properly look like they are connected to her eyes. The eyebrows just above also vary in thickness (her left is thicker than her right).
Next major issue is her left hand. The bottom palm looks too blocky and needs to be smoothed out. You also aren't drawing the fingers correctly. The finger next to the pinky is not drawn properly, and should be bending at the front instead of heading straight down (it shows the finger bending at the end and returning upwards in the original) . Also, the line just to the right of that behind the fingers needs to curve and squiggle downwards to show the skin bending more (look closely at the original to get what I mean).
I would also complete the hair and bow at the top. It shouldn't be hard as you have a reference for the bow, and the hair has the beginnings and should be relatively short.
Lastly, the colored lines for the hair need to be reworked. The color is fine for any part that isn't in the shadows, but for the ones that are, they need to be darker (ie. the ones behind her neck).
