Update. I have decided that I am not particularly fond of this woman's jacket. Damn long-ass flaps, doesn't she know that sort of thing gets in the way of combat?

2. The colouring on the wings looks off in some parts (not that I know what the source image looks like)
3. Main lines are faded on her skirt, left hand, and the front of her blouse. This is a totally legit style decision, but not one that I'd personally make.
4. Pleated skirt looks off, but again, maybe the source looks like that.
Overall, good stuff for a first go at it. It's a lot more complex than my first two vectors ;)
