All points I marked with a tiny heart are lines that have a really tiny gap between them but should be touching.
1) The lines shouldn't get thinner here.
2) I don't really know what happened here, but the line turns weird all of a sudden in the middle, like a piece got sliced off on the top of it. I'm not a natural English speaker so I don't know how to phrase it properly, but I hope you understand when you look at it.
3) This line end must be fixed.
