Or you can make your own. I don't use Photoshop so I can't offer specific advice
but my program has a "tile" function and I'm sure PS has something analogous.
Here, I used the image-sprayer tool to lay down some random cookies.
Then I used "tile" to divide it into a 6x6 pattern. (But the numbers could have been any integers.)
You can make copies semi-transparent, rotate them, interlock them, etc.
There are procedures for making seamless tiles too.
