I get the feeling the way her legs are positioned, it would require either redrawing atleast one of them, or if it shouldn't really be visible at this angle to begin with. Don't bother with giving her a detailed vagina or anything.
I also feel like her lower leg could use some work- the upper thigh seems too thick and the lower thigh seems too thin. Or maybe it's just how they connect at the knee.
