>>1739172So then, I'm back with today's iteration.
I finally understood what you were saying about the right shoulder looking off (Maybe because I took a look at the correct shoulder this time...). I think it looks better now.
The bow will look awkward to me until the bitter end I fear.
I removed part of the shadowing around her neck that looked off to me, added some additional shadowing on her shirt for better or worse (Is that even something I can do without being too far off from the original?) and changed some of the other shadows slightly.
Then I did some thickness changes here and there and
>>1739226 experimented a bit with a reflection in her eyes even if it's just supposed to be
>>1739230 some shading.
I still have two questions, 1. Should the ends for all hair strands be the same style or can I leave them mixed? Some of them extend further out of the hair strand, some aren't bent at all like the two to the right of her left eye.
2. Can I have two lines join up like I did with the outer edge of her left shoulder?
I exported it as Type Optimized this time instead of Art Optimized. I can see that the antialiasing looks smoother for the Type Optimized one. Shouldn't the Art antialiasing look better though?
Thanks for all the advice and for putting up with me so far, as you can see I'm a total beginner at this even though I watched all of Daul's tutorial videos, which gave me a lot of insight on how to use the tools. (Many thanks for those btw!)
On a side note, what software do you guys use? Illustrator? Or is there another Software worth learning when it comes to vectors?
