Still narrow wedges (blue ovals, for example) where outline doesn't touch image. See white pixels within the black?
Look at inset squares. In the second one, I used pen-tool to select some of the outline and erased it. Then I expanded the selection 2 pixels and applied less than a pixel of Gaussian blur.
That goes a long way towards eliminating the "stairstep" jaggies. I shrank my final result to 50% to save space but you can still see the difference.
