Working on this again. Since the linework is mostly done and the coloring is fairly simple, I should have this finished pretty soon. I remember someone asking if I was going to give the jacket lines a fuzzier look, and I've decided I'm going to keep them as is. I don't have the patience to individually wobble each one of those lines. If someone knows a quick distortion tool I could use to get the effect, let me know.
