- I would make the wavy part of the hat consistently wavy.
- (this is just a personal taste thing) I've sorta grown fond of making eyes (if I make them) have that extra shine. Though Steins;Gate has a fairly unique art style (initially i thought her eyebrows looked weird, but nope, that's just how thick they are)
- Something about the boots. I would probably smooth out and reduce the number of these bumps, but I'd have to see the source image.
Other than that, it's pretty alright. Everything else will iron out with just more experience.
