It's too dark and mixed with effects, so you have to go around guessing where the lines are.
I applied some filters to see better, but still had to guess the ponytail's shape through the shadows.
Also, when I said less colors, I meant something like this. Two colors, just to differentiate the ponytail from the head. And I googled some other image of Revy from Black Lagoon to use as color reference, since the original image is too dark.
I suggest you try with some other image first.
