>>1693669What I did is just open the image in gimp, image - scale image to bring it up to 1920 x whatever, then image - canvas size to adjust the other dimension to what was needed. In canvas size, you can choose whether to warp the image or where to crop for the image to fit the new aspect ratio.
like pic related. I got it to the proper dimensions, but without warping it I lost the top and bottom black, which I dunno if you'd mind that or not.
