I changed the angle of her one eye, it's not possible for her to be facing that way and have the eye in the original orientation. Also changed the point on her nose, rounded it off. Also reduced the head size to make up for the eye changes. Lastly, changed the mouth to a more gentile and confident style.
But yeah, still some touch up work to do on that sucker
