dude i realized i suck when it comes to the steps you gave me, hahah i fck all the images i try to resize, especially when it comes to removing jpeg artifacts, it goes jagged along the way..=3= how..
for a nooblet like me, this took me a couple of hours...;A;) damn, since didn't want to crop out cirno's ribbon. so i decided to resize it to a certain image size then add up the missing parts on the sides..XD
