Red are things that should be fixed and blue are things I don't like because I don't think they should look like that.
The blue circle on the center of the shirt by the buttons I don't like because those are two different pieces of fabric and the lines wouldn't be continuous like that. I know what you were trying to do with the blue circle in the hair but it really should be redrawn more like this:
