As for that Sombras theme, yeah the scrollbar and searchbox are supposed to be like that since their use resources from your current theme.
That thin white line in your explorer I'm not sure about though. Have you tried switching between the two sombras themes to determine if one of theme works? When editing themes I've found that sometimes you need to reset the explorer process to get the explorer configs showing. Worth a try.
