I can tell you've been pretty conservative with nodes (which is good - the fewer the better in most cases), you've got a solid grasp of layering (and no transparent seams between objects - yay! that's a fairly common flaw we see from newcomers)
Two things I noticed: the neck probably should be a smooth curve; and the legs wouldn't blend into a curved line where one passes behind the other (at least I don't think, not super familiar with pokemon or their "biology"). They would cross and form a sharp point.

I'd suggest you try something a bit more complicated next, that will more clearly show what your current limits are.
