The original link on Danbooru is 11 1/2 years old and you can see the date on the art itself is nearly 15 years old. I have no idea where it was originally posted or if it's from a video or anything.
I went ahead and upscaled it even further in Waifu2x, and this is apparently the highest it can allow. Are you sure nobody (atleast ITT) would be able to trace over this sketch? I get the warping but it doesn't seem like it really effects the perspective in this case (or that it would probably matter too much, it doesn't need to be perfect.) It's already drawn at an angle to begin with too.
I also understand the issue with the cutoff, but as I said, I'm mainly interested in the right sketch.
