I need someone to make her hair longer, recolor her costume white, make her blue eyes give off a more glowy effect like Dr. Manhattan or something (making the pupil area white might help the effect) and give her a little flower wreath crown with some colorful flowers, maybe pink or something.
I want to see how this turns out.
IF POSSIBLE, ideally what i'd really want is the boots turned to bare legs/feet, get rid of the cape and turn the costume into a white dress, a little above the knee. That'd take a bit more work though, your call.
I need it as a character reference for something i'm doing.
