>>1354315>>1354314If you request something and people don't take your requests, you're free to keep requesting, BUT... you might also consider what it might be about the image you requested that might make it unlike the images which do get done, and in turn which makes it unappealing as a vectorable image.
Learn from the images which do get vectored -- what is it about them that people like so much that they will spend hours tracing them? -- find another image of your character, one that is more in line with these tastes, and request that image. Does that make sense?
It's not about being married to one single image that you keep requesting over and over. It's not about having your own personal army of artists work for free for you. It IS about providing material for some people who like to trace anime images. If you're not tracing anime images and making vectors, it is not about you. That's important to keep in mind. It's about the vectorers. It's about them.
Just as an example, some images I've noticed which vectorers do like include:
>screencaps: -close-ups of a CUTE GIRL character's face, preferably with simple colors and lines
-panning images that have been stitched together, usually OF A CUTE GIRL CHARACTER
-characters from current shows, MOSTLY CUTE GIRLS
>artwork-official art
-large, detailed works of CUTE GIRL characters in provocative poses
-unofficial and fanart (less often)
I'm not trying to start anything, just posting my observations.
