Nyaa.eu is also a great place to find airing shows.
And you can also go to
myanimelist.net and find the show you're looking for and then scroll to the bottom of the page. There you'll(most of the time) find a list of fansubbers that have subbed the anime. Then you just goggle their name and hope that they have made a batch.
