Does anyone know how to hide the menu bar just like the dock (appears on mouseover)

Overwhelming? No.

It's too bright, and ruins the darkness effect. Also, most of the icons I can't get rid of, as they're running apps.

Why don't you set your menu to translucent to make it darker OP?

Dead Master and P3 are pretty rad so 5/10.

Your desktop is looking a tad messy. Put your folders somewhere out of site. Right-click your taskbar, go to properties, and check off "use small icons" and hit apply. I can't think of any rainmeters that'd be good for your colour set-up, sorry.

I hope this was aught of use.

I don't think that's Rainmeter. Some kind of different theme called "Appows" I think. I tried installing it, got frustrated as shit, and fell to another theme altogether
