If something is drawn in that way, it will match the artist style, as well as the background. Granted there are really shitty drawings, and people who would intentionally not make the style match to disprove me, but anything taken seriously wouldn't.
Superimposing looks as bad as the above, and again, it's not something taken seriously. The board isn't for "lol random" and I've seen far more than my fare share of whining on other boards for people acting like that. There's no point in it being in /w/ and it just kills actual anime threads.
