That one was pretty much a lot of work with the pen tool.
Click a point for the start, click and hold a point for the end, drag to adjust the slope.
Once you've lined all the points up for that line, in the lower right there's a "PATHS" option, click that.
Make sure your brush is the right size and color.
Right click the path, stroke path, simulate pressure, repeat to darken, delete path when satisfied.
Outside of that you can clone stamp to fill in the extra or just use a brush
