The anime, as you know is the anime.
The Ln follows the Anime quite well, one exceptions are the details explaining the chars, an example would be that, in the LN, Victorique actually smokes the pipe.
another difference between them all is the age of Kujo and Victorique.
in the Anime, Victorique is 15(14 before ep 24), and is 19 when Kujo arrives back from war in 1929. Kujo is Yonder then her, he is 15 in the LN, and returned 18.
in the manga however, Victoruique is 14, turned 15, and Kujo is 13.
other then that, there isn't much difference from the LN and anime. manga, Victorique looks more loli is much more cute, and he dresses are much better in the manga.
