Looks like you're using resource hacker or something. I've never used that to edit a VS. It would be easier to use Windows Style builder and edit the left and right frames there.

Yes. It's much simpler than searching through all of those image files and everything is easy to find. For example, if you want to change those frames, you would navigate to Windows > Frames > Left/Right > Edit this image.

Get a less ugly font, and it might be the color but it looks poorly rendered.
Dark orange on grey looks pretty ugly. Since you have such a small monitor, you probably shouldn't be using a 4chan mascot at all, let alone one that takes up almost half your browser space.

This is all subject to opinions though.

Just try CTRL+Right Click on all the toolbars in bblean and see what you can remove. and remove anything extra in the program folder that is under the themes folder.

I don't use bblean but I got it to look minimal fairly quickly just doing that.

This has been bugging me for the last two days. I edited this theme to change the colors to fit more in line with my scheme. However even though the files are edited, it keeps going back to the original color. Any ideas? Even in the advance options in control panels shows that I am using my colors and not the default. The arrows that is blown up are yellow and the ones in the menus are orange (default). So you can see that they are edited but still going back to default.

Didn't work. What seems to happen is that it takes the appearance of the last visual style used. So now it is appearing as Aero. The visual style comes with 3 different ones. I can change it to another one and it takes form like the way it is in the screenshot. However right now I am using the same visual style, but it appears as Aero because Aero was last used. Still confused about this.

just replace them with a file replacer, if when you reboot explorer wont start you probably forgot to replace one of the files, just open the task manager and finish the work in cmd then reboot

For cmatrix you just have to extract it, like a normal zip / rar, et put the content in cygwin/bin then you just have to type cmatrix on the terminal to launch it or directly by opening cmatrix.exe

I uninstalled everything and when I reverted the explorerframe.dll I noticed that is had the black arrows like it was from Appows. If I remember correctly, I used an installer for Appows, so I am wondering if that changed a file that disable me for installing other themes.

I got it working. I just renamed it to "Planisphere Light". Could you also change the icons at the top though?

also, with the primary and secondary colors. Some of the files that I looked through had different shading. In section 3 of this image, the area pointed out was a brighter shade. For the second color (the yellow), it was to be used to replace the blue colored icons directed out in section 2. I also noticed that the icons at the top are still red. I am assuming that is from the explorerframe.dll

use the autohotkey script (i think its in the guide, if not look up ToggleTitleBar.ahk), then just.. toggle it for ones you dont want it on.. and leave it on ones you do

Thanks. For now I changed the colors of Hexchat and made them more "Vibrant" (They kinda looked faded away) and changed the font to a pretty neutral one (Although if you or anyone has any recommendations they are more than welcome)

Anyhow. Just need to "Slim down" the taskbar now, yes? And just to confirm you mean reducing the height it has.

Yea, change the height. Persoanlly I would use a font that is slim. There are good fonts in the pastebin you can check out if you want to.

The foobar skin has the title bar removed by default. I just use an AHK script to remove the favicons and title that appear on top of the window. It's in the pastebin I think.

I had this problem with an older used laptop that I purchased. You should be able to go into the control panel and look for the language options. In there you can change the language to English. Hope t hat helps.
