No offense to the guy who tried to fix this image, but I'm going to splerge a bit here.

Whoever modified this image did a sloppy job. You can still see her left foot in the bottom left and one of the spotlight beacons is visibly warped. Also, the cloud in the middle is an obvious copy paste of the one on the left.

Well that's the end of my rant.

The only major issue that I see between the two images is the spotlight. Yes, the cloud is copy pasted, but I didn't find it that bad until I saw the red smudge. I can't see the foot that you are talking about, but maybe I'm blind. But in all, only the spotlight would be noticeable unless you were comparing the images side by side, if you ask me.

you guys should point these things out in the thread when they're made so that the bad renditions don't get into circulation. I did most of this, everything but her left leg from knee down was me, but it was late and I wanted to sleep so I posted the mostly done version. I fixed the cloud and the spotlight, but I don't see the foot either,and I didn't before

Ghost in the Shell has a few interesting cities. It mainly happens in New Tokyo, but there's an episode of Taipei, London and Berlin.. also the movies take you to what I think was the Korean peninsula.

Yeah, I've watched the first movie and it was great - somehow couldn't get into series, I liked how the philosophical sauce covered the movie, and series (as for the first 3 eps) were just action.
