There is so much going on that this effect will only work for certain images, if you can find the right image I'm certain it will make great wallpaper. There has to be something in the image that makes the character look crazy eg glowing eyes in the image. In addition if you find a character from an anime that disappears or dies either one of the effects may work as long as the character can be seen with an emotion which is why the second effect is much better for a sad expression.

Either a sad (most likely crying) or evil character would fit this style more and the difference between the effect above and this one is that on this one the face is visible allowing different emotions to be present in the wallpaper.
>>1508945Exactly why I wanted a character who is evil to be placed there. just somehow it need to be seen such as red glowing eyes. It's a very 'busy' effect but if used on the correct image will make some epic wallpapers.
I should probably point out that I don't know who this person is, I know shocking isn't it. What I mean is that to those who know her they may find the image more interesting I'm just going off the fact that her lack of facial expression while holding the knife even though is a sign of being crazy does not work well with the effects present on the images.
