Worse yet, is when I go back into FiveWallpapers settings page, the number of desktops is set back at 3, as if the changes never stuck.
I use it with NovaLauncher, and have turned on wallpaper scrolling. I have selected Compatibility Mode in FiveWallpapers' settings.
The app works perfectly fine for the first 3 desktops. Choosing anything above that though and the app just force reverts back to using 3.

First of all, Are you already on 6.1.3 or no? Cause right now, its only Semi-Tethered. Where itll restart and boot, but you have to boot back into it with redsn0w for full functionality.
To start, do a restore on 6.1.3 for best results. And also download 6.0 since the utility is based for that firmware only, but the same bootrom hack is utilized. When redsn0w launches, go to extras>select ipsw and select 6.0 (IT WILL NOT JAILBREAK WITHOUT IT. IT WILL EITHER HANG AT THE JAILBREAK, OR FAIL AT DETECTING!!)
Now let it do its thing. But you're still not done. After the initial jailbreak and first boot, its gonna look like nothing happened. DON'T PANIC. Relaunch redsn0w and select the 6.0 ipsw. Then hit just boot, follow destructions on how to DFU and presto. Jailbroken on latest firmware.
Our Swedish buddy Aiko is doing the same thing with his 4. Now, its possible to downgrade, but thats another hassle that has WAY too many hurdles and settings to change.

Samsung devices have a secondary Download mode that you can use to flash things like custom recovery images with. Makes the devices also near impossible to brick.

Windows Phone 7's part is done completely. The only OEMs I really didn't cover is Dell, LG, and Huawei. I could really only account for HTC and the little of searching for the Nokia Lumias. I did as much as I could for WP8, but there isn't any must have customization type app for the lock screen that allows use of custom fonts and such. I do remember with the WP7.8 beta, most of the roms had the bold and standard fonts swapped. I'm surprised nothing has came up in XDA's forums about swapping fonts.

In my case it was the back, home, and recent apps combo. I think it does that because it is being read as an app, not a lock screen. There may be a fix if you look into rooting and custom roms that hid that bar, but I don't have any experience with that.
