Hi, okay I know threads like this are a little so-so. But I have read through ricing guides, and I have looked through everything I can but I can't really find exactly what I'm looking for.

Desktop picture; basically I really like the way he has things set up. I have the right font, etc (I'm not trying to directly copy his color scheme, and over-all design).

Basically what I'm looking for is; how did he get the icons + his taskbar (the top of the screen, plus the text icons [Homepage, Downloads, etc] and the buttons on the top left).
