If they don't flame, ignore them. If they do flame, report them, then ignore them. In either case, do NOT waste your time trying to reason with them - if they were reasonable, they wouldn't be mini-mods in the first place. They're mini-mods because they're insecure losers desperately and vainly trying to compensate for their meaningless and ineffectual lives by attempting to rule over an anonymous message board. No amount of reason is going to change that fact, and the only thing that's going to change their inability to deal with that fact is a great deal of professional mental health counseling.
Report them if they deserve it, ignore them either way, and keep posting content. Posting content is the thing that makes good threads, and it's notable that it's one thing that the mini-mods do not do.
