Are there seriously this many new people coming to these threads? Over the past two theads I've been seeing a lot of the same questions. At the risk of sounding like a complete asshole most of these questions are answered with careful googling.
>>1606280If you want the flash the rom the old school way then it should still work with xp. Read up on the proper xda thread for your phone, and check the cyanogenmod fourms and wiki for your device as well. If you want to use the installer program then look at this. To save time, "you can but its hard to set up"

On my nexus 7 I have yet to find a way to do that. It seems like whatever the home screen uses the lock screen uses. You can try using something like holo locker or widget locker to replace the stock lockscreen, they have an option to set custom wallpapers.

The transparency is normally rom dependent. If you are rooted you can cheat a little bit here with xposed framework. If you are running stock android (a nexus device, and not some custom rom) the get the gravity box module. If you are on just about any other rom get the xblast tools module. Once again though, with the transparency normally being a rom based thing, xposed framework may or may not work for you.
