Why don't you write your own userchrome & 4chan CSS, edit your userstyle, make new foobar skin, draw new icons, maybe make some improvments to bblean with bbinterface and other plugins, and such?
There is a lot things you can improve and make feel better, even if you satisfied with your current setup.
